Scott Hertz is also the President of the Cape Coral Construction Industry Association and a commissioner of the Cape Coral Community Redevelopment Agency. Bill Powell: A Licensed Contractor in the State of Florida, Bill has been actively involved in the construction industry for more than 35 years. Prior to forming Powell Construction in Coral, Florida, he co-owned and operated Powell and Sons Construction in Ohio—a full service construction and excavation company. Bill prides himself on ensuring that each building is custom designed to meet the specific needs of individual customers. He specializes in designing floor plans that enhance and maximize the views from odd-shaped lots, which a model designed for a standard square lot just will not do. He formerly served on the Cape Coral Contractors Regulatory Board. Marge Powell: Vice President and design consultant for color selection and decorating elements. Richard Lefcourt: Licensed Architect, who is graduate of the Pratt Institute, with over 35 years of experience. Richard, who has held a General Contractor's license and was formerly the Chief Building Official of North Bay Village, Florida, brings real world building experience to the custom designs we create.
